One generation. Everything you describe (title, changes, photo, format) goes into a single generation and produces one finished thumbnail. Generating again with a different description uses another credit.

A typical thumbnail takes about 30 seconds, the same on every plan, the free credits included. You can leave the tab while it is made and come back to it.

It goes back to your balance automatically, so nothing is used. If it is unclear at first whether a thumbnail was made, WThumb holds the credit while it checks and gives it back if no thumbnail turns up within 30 minutes.

Yes. Same generator, same Full HD+ output (2048 × 1152, sharper than 1080p), no watermark on any plan. Plans only differ in the number of credits per month.

Yes, on every plan, the free credits included. WThumb's Terms let you publish, edit and use a thumbnail you make commercially, including on a monetized channel.

Yes, on every plan. Your thumbnails, photos and uploads are private to your account, and deleting your account removes your photos, personas and thumbnails.

You pay once a year at 25% off the monthly price: $9, $21 or $42 a month, billed as $108, $252 or $504 per year.

An optional add-on at a quarter of your plan's price, billed with the plan. With it on, unused credits carry over to the next month with no cap. Add it at checkout, or later from your plan page: there you see the exact amount charged now for the rest of your cycle at the new price, and your new renewal date, before you confirm. Remove it there any time, free: it stays on until your next billing date, and anything carried over clears at the first period turn after that. It ends with the subscription.

Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Checkout, invoices and card handling all happen on Dodo's page, and WThumb never sees your card number. You can update your card or cancel from your plan page.

Yes. If you have not used any credits since a payment, you get that payment back in full within 30 days of it, whether it was your first payment or a renewal. Ask through Support in your account or write to support@wthumb.co. The refund also ends the plan it paid for.
